Malibu Apartments is USF's premier off campus apartment community located directly across the street (40 feet) from the USF campus; most of our residents can be seen walking or biking to class in the mornings. The USF operated Bull Runner can pick you up in front of the Sun Dome Stadium, located across the property.
Malibu offers USF off campus housing, USF apartments, USF housing and USF rentals. Campus apartments, Campus housing and Rent by the room Apartments are all offered in Tampa with rental near the University of South Florida Student Housing.
