Malibu Apartments is the smallest student housing community in the USF area. With only 52 apartment units containing 208 beds, our student residents make up a close, tight-knit community and often remain great friends long after their Malibu days are over. Our small size allows our staff to be more responsive to our students’ needs. You won’t have to wait days for that occasional clogged sink or dripping faucet to be repaired.
Also, fewer residents means less noise. Less noise means it’s easier to study late at night…or sleep in late in the morning. Bigger isn’t always better!
